WHAT IS THE BONUS RACE WORLD FINALS?

The Bonus Race World Finals is an annual event that features 2 Main races
(Bonus Race World Finals Race and the BRWF $10,000 Added Open Jackpot) plus the option of entering the Ultimate Bonus Hi-Stakes Sidepot.  

THE 2023 BONUS RACE WORLD FINALS WILL ALSO INCLUDE BREAKAWAY!

There is no membership fee required for the Bonus Race World Finals. (we do NOT mail anything everything is done ONLINE).

BARREL RACING: ALL CONTESTANTS are welcome to enter the Bonus Race World Finals OPEN Jackpot. BUT....ONLY those that have WON a qualifier ID # at an approved event the previous year OR qualify ON SITE in the open jackpot, are eligible to enter the BONUS RACE. Added money for the Bonus Race World Finals is compiled from $1/run from approved qualifier events held in the previous year. Qualifying year for the 2023 Finals is January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. Each qualifier event or qualifier series awards "Qualifiers" to enter the Bonus Race World Finals.  Once you've earned a qualifier, you are eligible to enter the BRWF the following year.  Multiple qualifiers can be earned. ( A rider can enter unlimited times but a horse can only run in the BRWF 2 times maximum. ) Added money for the Open Jackpot is $10,000 added and is sponsored by Double B Productions, LLC and OE Nutraceuticals.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO EARN A QUALIFIER to enter this event! The OPEN JACKPOT, with $10,000 added is open to EVERYONE. Bonus Race (added money based on $1/run from previous year’s approved events) gives FULL awards through 10th place PLUS buckles to DIV leaders from EVERY session. A horse may run 2x max in this race (as long as they choose different “sessions” to enter.) A unique qualifier id# is required for EACH entry made in this race. Under no circumstances may a horse run more than 2x. Riders that “win” qualifiers “on site” in the open jackpot may add onto ANY session of the Bonus Race as a late entry. These are THE ONLY entries taken on-site for the World finals. No other on-site entries are allowed.

HOW DO YOU WIN A QUALIFIER ID# FOR THE BONUS RACE WORLD FINALS BARREL RACING?

Qualifier id# are awarded at approved events. Watch for BRWF approved events in your area and be sure to ask your local producers to consider having their event be a BRWF qualifier!   Be sure to watch the BonusRaceFinals.com website for updated qualifier events list here.

Events are either approved as a SERIES (accumulating points for the entire series to award qualifiers) OR as a SINGLE qualifier (meaning the qualifiers are given at ONE single show on the same day as the event).

Qualifiers are given on a 5D regardless of how the event is paid off.  Even if the event pays 4D, qualifiers will be awarded on a 5D 1/2 second split.

The number of qualifiers awarded by an event is based on TOTAL entries for the event.

TOTAL ENTRIES FOR SINGLE RACE or ENTIRE SERIES

1-75 = 1 qualifier in each div 1d-5d
76-150 = 2 qualifiers in each div 1d-5d
151-225 = 3 qualifiers in each div 1d-5d
226-300 = 4 qualifiers in each div 1d-5d
301-375 = 5 qualifiers in each div 1d-5d
376-450 = 6 qualifiers in each dvi 1d-5d

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE QUALIFIER ID # TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER RIDER NOR CAN THEY BE CARRIED OVER TO ANOTHER YEAR’S WORLD FINALS
